The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Undergraduate Coordinator.

The Undergraduate Coordinator supports all aspects of the student experience in Biological Sciences. This position works closely with departmental administration, the DUS, instructors and advisors on course overrides, cancelations, CIFs, and all logistics pertaining to undergraduate coursework. This person also coordinates the scheduling of classroom space, conference rooms, and departmental vehicles, answers questions, greets visitors and provides departmental information as needed. This person supports the deparmental web-site and markets and promotes the department as well as organizes student activities including commencement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree, or up to 3 years college experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills with the capacity to work with a wide variety of constituents while representing the department
