The Accelerating Resilience Innovations in Drylands (ARID) Institute is actively hiring a Communication and Outreach Specialist to support the center’s marketing and communication. This position will provide professional leadership and project management support in the planning, development, and coordination of both internal and external communications, projects, programs, and outreach events. This position will help the ARID Institute in the advancement of their overall goals and objectives of a strategic and integrated component of the University. This position participates in establishment and design and oversees implementation of communications projects and events, to include comprehensive writing projects, presentation and speech development, community outreach events, and related activities, working closely with the ARID Sr Program Manager and ARID Director.
