Part-Time Navy Physician

About the Job

As a part-time Navy physician, you will serve your country by providing medical care to service members and their families. This role does not require relocation and offers an accelerated career track with opportunities for humanitarian relief efforts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose ailments, treat injuries, and save lives
• Work at top military medical facilities on shore, at sea, or in the field
• Collaborate with fellow military doctors and other healthcare officers
• Partner with international relief teams and organizations

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy
• Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
• Eligibility for board certification
• Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship

Additional Information

• Pay and benefits include repayment of qualified education loans, post 9/11 GI Bill, and no-cost or low-cost medical and dental care
• Physicians work one weekend a month/flex drill available to accommodate surgical case rotations

Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
