Duration: 12 Months Contract
Notes:
Will be onsite 5 days per week
Typically, the team starts at 8 am -5pm
Must haves:
1)Strong IT background-entry level with 1 year or more of experience
2)Audio video conferencing
3)Someone willing to learn and have hands on technical support experience specifically in audio-visual systems
Must be familiar with projector

Responsibilities
- Ensure functional and efficient audio-visual systems
- Provide hands-on technical support to other teams across the studio
- Implement, maintain and monitor commercial audio-visual systems, including software applications, and hardware deployments (DSP, control, video routing, and video conferencing technologies).

- Maintain accurate and current project tracker documentation
- Refine system designs to enhance the end-user experience
- Work overtime when required to meet project needs
- Help keep locations clean, kept and organized including storage areas
- Assist with the setup and operation of live events and internal broadcasts
Basic Qualifications
- A passion for learning, critical thinking, and adapting quickly in changing environments
- 1 year of experience minimum
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, with the ability to work positively and proactively with peers and leaders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines
- Strong networking fundamentals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track
Required Education
AA degree or equivalent work experience
