Education And Experience »
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access: 5 years.
- Experience with reporting (AD HOC and Crystal reports): 5 years.
- Strong experience with Accela data migration using Accela Data Migration Tool: 5 years.
- Experience in the Accela environment with design, development, and testing: 5 years.
- Experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS: 5 years.
- Experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, page flow and expression): 5 years.
- Experience with Accela Mobile Office: 3 years.
- Experience with Oracle databases: 5 years.
Desired
- Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations: 2 years.
- Experience with Accela GIS: 2 years.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »
- Skills requested are PowerBuilder, JAVA, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, Microsoft VISIO, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), relational database concepts, database concepts, telecommunication concepts, web services, Rhino JavaScript, and Accela scripting and reporting.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
