- Quality Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and their application in healthcare: 3 Years.
- Agile Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles, with practical experience in applying them to health IT system development.: 3 Years.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming and Power BI for creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.: 3 Years.
- Program Evaluation & Research Methodology: Experience in program evaluation, including designing surveys, developing focus group facilitation strategies: 3 Years.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical: 3 Years.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with various teams (provider engagement, operations, analytics) and stakeholders to align quality improvement: 3 Years.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.: 3 Years.
- Population Health Analysis: Understanding of population health concepts and how health data can be leveraged to derive insights that inform clinical: 3 Years.
- Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
- Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
- Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions, maintenance (including production support), etc.
