Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a fulltime Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Woodridge, IL office (hybrid availability). This position will provide support to technical and corporate staff on business development activities and is responsible for the coordination and preparation efforts for statements of qualifications, proposals and interview presentations.

General responsibilities include:

• Executing the process for proposals and SOQs.
• Coordinating the maintenance of project sheets, resumes and other standard marketing materials.
• Attending interview preparation and practice sessions; supporting the team with presentation materials and exhibit development.
• Planning and organizing client events and outings.
• Updating contact information for clients, subconsultants and peer firms.
• Assisting in other marketing areas as requested or assigned.

The Qualifications are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or a related field of study is preferred, but not required.
• 3 years of professional proposal experience within the engineering/architecture/ construction industry.
• Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain excellent graphic and verbal/written communication skills.
• Possess attention to detail and organizational skills, and demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites (notably InDesign and Photoshop).
• Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision experience is preferred, but not required.
