Responsibilities:
- Construction Oversight: Manage federal and state-funded projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

- Sub-Consultant Management: Provide oversight and guidance to sub-consultants.
- Contractor Submittal Review: Ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 15 – 20 years of related experience, including 5 – 10 years as a Resident Engineer.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IDOT specifications and documentation requirements.
- Specialized Experience:
- In-Stream Work Permits: Proficiency in managing projects involving in-stream work permits.
- Concrete and Steel Structures: Experience with large concrete and steel structures.
- PE License: Hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Class 1 Railroads and Meta.
