This role is primarily responsible for the operation, maintenance, and oversight of all HVAC systems, while also providing day-to-day leadership and support to the maintenance team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring guest comfort, safety, and operational excellence across the property.What You’ll DoLead and oversee all HVAC operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system optimizationEnsure HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all codes and regulationsSupervise daily maintenance activities and provide guidance to maintenance techniciansPerform hands-on HVAC work as needed, serving as the technical expert for the teamInspect resort facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and HVAC-related needsManage maintenance work orders, schedules, and inventory related to HVAC and general maintenanceCoordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to prioritize urgent repairs and guest requestsMaintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentationRespond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance concernsAssist with general building maintenance as needed (minor plumbing, electrical, painting, caulking, and carpentry)Support leadership in improving maintenance processes and overall property performanceWhat We’re Looking ForHVAC Certification (Required) 3 years of hands-on HVAC and maintenance experience (resort, hotel, or timeshare preferred)Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenanceProven ability to lead, train, and support a maintenance teamExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and safetyProficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft OfficeFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?Take a leadership role in maintaining guest comfort and operational reliabilityWork in a beautiful resort environment with a supportive team cultureOpportunity for growth within hospitality and facilities managementMake a direct impact on guest satisfaction and property excellenceReady to lead, troubleshoot, and keep our resort running at peak performance?Apply today and bring your HVAC expertise to a role where it truly matters.
