Vaco is seeking a Medical Receptionist to handle patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and phone inquiries. The role also includes managing the call room to facilitate communication between patients and medical staff. Contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and schedule appointments
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Manage the call room for effective communication
Maintain patient records
Qualifications:
Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Epic experience a plus
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range of $16-$19/hr reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
