Senior Finance Business Partner
Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support their growing finance team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support across the organization. This role requires a proactive, analytical leader who can translate financial data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights that influence key business decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for assigned business units.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
• Partner with operational teams to evaluate investment opportunities, manage capital expenditures, and assess ROI.
• Support month-end close activities, variance analysis, and reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor junior finance team members and contribute to a culture of financial accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, TM1).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
