Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights that influence key business decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for assigned business units.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
- Partner with operational teams to evaluate investment opportunities, manage capital expenditures, and assess ROI.
- Support month-end close activities, variance analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior finance team members and contribute to a culture of financial accountability and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, TM1).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
