Job Description:
Own the vision and management of a membership only high-end concierge and reservation service (Prima) for Vail Resorts by providing every aspect and component necessary to complete the perfect vacation for High Net Worth guests to Vail Resorts. The exclusive benefits to members include a personal concierge, accommodations in luxury properties, and all ancillary travel arrangements. The Prima Manager proactively anticipates the needs of every member and is responsible for ensuring every vacation is an Experience of a Lifetime.
- Demonstrate an unyielding passion for the guest experience, culture, mission and vision by troubleshooting and resolving all guest and partner issues in a timely manner and with a beneficial outcome. Passion
- Provide an Experience of a Lifetime vacation for each member by responding to their individual vacation needs and desires, and ultimately providing a complete and detailed itinerary that includes every aspect of their vacation. Provide a service that will exceed their expectations. Serve Others
- Responsible for the success of the department as a line of business, both revenue and expenses, by meeting and exceeding revenue goals, preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances and forecasting. Drive Value
- Responsible for managing concierge agent(s) to reach customer service and sales goals to ensure a high level of repeat members year over year. Accomplished through coaching, development, scheduling, discipline and clear expectations of job requirements. Ensure each concierge delivers a personalized one-on-one service to meet the specific needs of each member and is a point of contact for each member. Development
- Implement initiatives with Vail, Beaver Creek and Corporate Marketing departments to reach revenue goals and implement initiatives to increase sales. Re-Imagine
- Build strong business relationships with internal Vail Resorts’ department (Lodging, Ski School, SSV, CME and Product Sales) and third party businesses (Lodging, Restaurants, Activities). Connect
- Demonstrate written and verbal fluency with the Portuguese language.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Portuguese
- College degree or relevant experience - required
- Previous call center w/emphasis on customer service - preferred
- High-end luxury hotel experience - preferred
- Minimum 3 years managing staff at managerial level
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High proficiency in MS Suite - Excel, in particular
- Accounting and budget experience - preferred
- Tour Partner, Salesforce, RPOS - preferred
