What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Valenti Real Estate?
We are looking for an assistant property manager/office manager in the Grand Haven area. Must be able to self-direct and stay on task to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma. Real Estate License a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills. Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus.
- A valid driver's license and insurance coverage required.
In this role you will:
- Report directly to the Property Manager
- Enter rent payments & invoices
- Answer phones & greet clients
- Process rental applications & recertifications
- Market the Community
- Ensure resident’s selected meet occupancy criteria (“Tenant Selection Plan”).
- Other tasks given by the supervisor
