No matter how much the world changes with electric vehicles, self-driving cars, Uber, Lyft, and robots, one thing that will always be a constant are tires and tire repair. The after market, tire and automotive repair industries are behind in technology and are in dire need of a software company to bring them into the 21st century. Built by former tire shop owners, Tire Guru is a cloud-based auto repair shop management system with a focus on repair shops that sell and service tires. To say we understand what a tire repair shop needs would be an understatement. From shop management software to accounting systems to website creation and management, we are truly a one-stop-shop. We are looking for a few Inside Sales Representatives to scale our business and join our Tulsa team! (May be located in Tulsa, OK or Duluth, MN as well.)

What Youll Do:
As an Inside Sales Rep at Tire Guru, your main objective is to get prospective customers excited about what were doing, schedule product demonstrations, and court through the sales process. Youll be in integral part of helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue.
· Cold Call and engage prospective customers by phone and email (estimated 200 calls per week).
· Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in our companys sales cycle.
· Partner closely with other partners to meet cross selling initiatives (ie integrated payments and digital vehicle inspection tools).
· Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more (youll be thoroughly trained on this!)
· Hit your monthly targets as assigned by the leadership team
· Participate in industry trade shows to showcase Tire Guru and acquire a large amount of leads.
· Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections.
· Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes.
· Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM (SFDC)
· Learn our technology stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom, Slack) to become more efficient and effective in your role.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Commissions (First Year OTE: $65k-$80k, Second Year OTE: ($80k-$100k), Third Year OTE ($100k )
Ideal Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-4 years sales experience
