🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a highly collaborative and proactive Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Global Disruptive & Scale Innovation team. This role is embedded in a cross-functional agile pod driving physical product innovation in the Food & Beverage industry—from early concept through commercialization and market launch.
You’ll work closely with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to accelerate innovation while balancing agility with real-world manufacturing and operational constraints.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Enable fit-for-purpose agile ways of working for physical product innovation
- Partner with Product Owner and Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end innovation & commercialization
- Build, manage, and continuously adapt project timelines in highly ambiguous environments
- Remove blockers across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
- Track and report agile metrics (capacity, maturity, CSAT, velocity)
- Maintain visibility through clear documentation of sprint goals, backlog, risks, and decisions
- Coach teams on agile principles while flexing frameworks to fit business needs
- Support test-and-learn launches, packaging changes, formula updates, and machinery timelines
- Align stakeholders and ensure shared ownership across the pod
✅ Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Food & Beverage industry experience (required)
- Hands-on experience with physical product innovation
- Strong background in operations-focused innovation, including:
- Supply chain development
- Factory engineering
- Manufacturing or machinery changes
- Deep understanding of commercialization processes
- Packaging changes
- Formula changes
- Feasibility and manufacturing constraints
- Agile expertise with 1–2 years running sprints and agile ceremonies
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting global or cross-regional teams
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous innovation environments
