Summary
- The CCS will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building customer loyalty through the courteous, efficient handling of customer interactions (email and phone)
- They will answer all incoming phone calls and log all requests accurately in our log. Incumbents in this role will need to be able to seamlessly put themselves in the customers' shoes, advocate for the customers when necessary, and ensure customer needs are met by the business
- The Customer Care Specialist is a customer focused, patient, empathetic, and passionate communicative customer advocate and can use technology effectively to convey information and instructions clearly to a customer
- The incumbent will be the direct liaison between customers and the delight team and responsible for providing information related to customer quotes, orders, and inquiries
- The incumbent should have a friendly disposition, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a sincere desire to help people
