The VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Homecare RN in Ocean County.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a two week clinical orientation
- Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients
- Provide education and care strategies for patients and families
- Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers
- Document changes and update care plans
Qualifications
- Active RN License (BSN preferred)
- 1 year of supervised RN experience (home health or medsurg preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Car and valid driver’s license
