Hospice CNA or HHA, M-F, 8-4:30, home care, $2,500 sign-on bonus
Position Summary: Provides personal care and light housekeeping for patients under the direction of a licensed clinician. Duties are performed in accordance with the Hospice Aide assignment sheet.
Required certification: Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate
Position Requirements:
- Ability to make observations of changes in a patients status
- Ability to read and write English and document in a medical chart
- Understanding of and commitment to the Hospice philosophy
- Ability to work with a variety of people and as a member of a team
