What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist- Home Health- Arlington, Belmont position at Visiting Nurse Association of Boston & Affiliates?
VNA Care is hiring a Home Health PT for home health visits in and around Arlington and Belmont. Home Health experience is NOT required, we offer an extensive Home Health orientation program!
Territory: Needham Team, visits in and around Belmont and Arlington.
Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8a-4:30p, 40 hours a week.

Competitive compensation paid bi-weekly with reimbursement for mileage. Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more, per week, and pro-rated.
Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor in the field for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. VNA Care believes in an ongoing supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Good standing MA PT license
- 1 year of PT experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
