As a Experienced Material HandlerReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation to ensure accuracyExecute and audit ERP transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, backflushes, and inventory adjustmentsMaintain real-time inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies and performing root-cause analysisPick, stage, and issue materials to production and shipping with a high level of accuracy and efficiencyLead cycle count activities, investigate variances, and support physical inventory auditsCoordinate material flow to support production schedules and ensure on-time customer shipmentsIdentify process gaps and recommend continuous improvements to inventory control and warehouse efficiencyTrain and support junior materials and warehouse staff on proper material handling and ERP proceduresSafely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as requiredEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standardsCommunicate proactively with purchasing, planning, production, and shipping teams regarding material status, shortages, or constraintsThis is a full time opportunityThe ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications preferred5–7 years of progressive experience in materials handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environmentsStrong hands-on experience with ERP systems, including inventory management, work orders, and transactional processing (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)Advanced knowledge of inventory control principles and best practicesDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies and ERP system issuesForklift certification required or ability to obtain certificationStrong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to overall team objectivesPay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
