Job Description
The BAS Project Manager will oversee the installation, commissioning, and handover of multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents.
- Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence.
- Maintain accurate project records, including milestones, billings, SoV, and documentation.
- Assign commissioning work and oversee field personnel.
- Approve and manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for each project.
- Provide monthly project updates, including billing and financial reporting, to senior management.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity requiring 2 years of experience in construction project management.
Salary : $85,462 - $98,752
