The Children’s Referral Coordinator will work closely with the Children’s Service’s Director as part of a multidisciplinary team within Indiana Behavioral Health to provide safe and enriching care and education to the children and families engaged in our programs. Responsibilities also include conducting screenings of children within services, training staff in the areas of child development, and early childhood education, referring client services to community partners, providing parenting skills training and education to parents enrolled in our services, and facilitating relationships among stakeholders, including members within the organization as well as community partners.

This position requires an associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related human services field and 1-3 years of experience in child development or early childhood education.
