About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly-organized Director of Research to join our team in the self-storage industry.
The primary focus of this role is to identify clean self-storage property data, gather contact information from third-party sites, create and utilize APIs, cross-reference and clean datasets, and upload the refined information into Salesforce.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and collect accurate self-storage property information and owner contact details from various third-party platforms.
Develop and implement APIs to streamline data collection and management.
Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundancies.
Clean, organize, and standardize datasets for seamless integration into Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data is actionable and supports sales and marketing initiatives.
Continuously improve data-gathering processes and maintain a database of high-quality leads.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree is required.
Previous experience in data research, data management, or related roles is preferred.
Strong proficiency in using Salesforce and data integration tools.
Experience with creating and working with APIs is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
