- Meeting with Potential Clients.
- Coordinate Meetings with Potential Clients.
- Research Potential Clients.
- Follow up with Potential Clients.
- Visit Open Houses.
- Meeting with Contracted Clients.
- Coordinate Meetings with Contracted Clients.
- Coordinate Zoom Meetings with Contracted Clients.
- Develop Design Concepts for JA Projects Interiors.
- Accompany Clients to Showrooms.
- Coordinate visits to Showrooms.
- Be informed of materials, finishes, prices, etc.
- Develop a Schedule for JA Projects interiors.
- Select Finishes for JA's Projects (Interior Material Finishes, Finish Carpentry, Appliances,
- Plumbing Fixtures, Hardware).
- Design Millwork for JA's Projects.
- Develop an ID Set of drawings representing the Design Direction and Selections.
- Develop Schedules for Finishes, Finish Carpentry, Appliances, Plumbing Fixtures &
- Hardware.
- Manage ID designer assistant.
- Work closely with Architectural designers and design director.
- Provide Accounting dept. billable hours &bill at milestone stages of ID.
- Select Pool Finishes. (Arch)
- Select Exterior Lighting. (Arch)
- Bid out Selections.
- Review Bids.
- Review & Approve Contracts.
- Review & Approve Shop Drawings.
- Follow up with Subcontractors/Vendors.
- Maintain Relationships with Subcontractors/Vendors.
- Communicate with Clients.
