Our client is a growing dynamic law firm based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey that represents all manner of healthcare providers in various capacities but primarily in reimbursement disputes with commercial health insurance carriers. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator with experience in both state and federal court, with the organization ability necessary to manage a large caseload.

Salary: 120-140K (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
- 3-5 years of litigation experience required
- Healthcare/healthcare reimbursement experience preferred but not required
- Bar License in NJ & U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (USDNJ) required
- Bar License in NY, Eastern District of New York (EDNY) & Southern District of New York (SDNY) preferred
- Managing a Caseload
- Filing Complaints
- Responding to Motions
- Engaging in Settlement Discussions with Opposing Counsel
- Discovery Requests and Responses
