Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, with a strong emphasis on hearings, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. - Handle personal injury cases from pre-suit transition through litigation and resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations
- Communicate with clients consistently and professionally
- Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements with insurers
- Support trial preparation alongside the trial team when needed
- Work collaboratively with legal staff to advance case strategy
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent negotiation and case management abilities
- Collaborative yet able to manage caseload independently
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Base salary of $150,000-$160,000
