Job Description
Essential Duties: Primarily responsible for preparing plumbing estimates, identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of material, equipment, and labor
Receive quotes from vendors/suppliers whom we will use their services/items and/or the project
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Maintain relationships with company suppliers and vendors
Track bids sent to clients
Presenting prepared and neat estimates to management
Maintain relationships with company suppliers and vendors
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Intermediate-level knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Report writing and strategic planning skills
Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for all projects
Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with team members
Must be able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions
