Available Roles:
- Commercial Litigation Associate (6-12 Years Experience)
- Handle high-stakes cases, including complex commercial disputes, banking litigation, and intellectual property matters.
- Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, and responses; conduct legal research; and represent clients in federal, state, and appellate courts.
- Work closely with leading litigators on landmark cases, with significant client interaction and mentorship from industry veterans.
- Requirements: JD from an accredited law school, NJ bar admission, strong academic record, and excellent writing/oral communication skills.
- Junior Commercial Litigation Associate (2-4 Years Experience)
- Support complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, securities litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; assist with depositions; and appear in court for preliminary hearings.
- Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned partners, with early opportunities for client engagement and case strategy.
- Requirements: JD from an accredited law school, NJ and/or NY bar admission, strong academic record, and demonstrated litigation experience.
