📌 Your Role:
⚖️ Support senior attorneys on complex commercial matters — including breach of contract, IP disputes, and business torts
📂 Manage and eventually lead your own caseload of litigation files as you grow within the firm
📄 Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs with precision and strategy
💬 Advise clients directly on litigation risks and resolution strategies, with a focus on preserving relationships and delivering results
🤝 Cultivate your own client base over time, with firm support
✅ Requirements:
- 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable managing client communications and court appearances
- Licensed to practice in Connecticut (or eligible to waive in)
- Motivated, reliable, and collaborative with a long-term mindset
