The Patient Service Representative performs financial functions for Patient Accounting. The functions include patient assistance/ education on their accounts, maintenance of patient billing records, collections of patient account balances, receipts all hospital funds received, and preparing daily deposit.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Graduate
Experience Requirements:
- One year experience in a business office setting.
- Customer service experience.
- Accounting/ Cashiering experience preferred.
Special Requirements:
- Computer Processing Knowledge
- Ability to provide customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
