What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN position at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital?
Performs stress testing and other non-invasive test under the direction of the cardiologist. Helps coordinate data collection on cardiology consultations.Works as part of the cardiac cath lab team to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. Cath lab call required.
Educational Requirements:
- RN with BSN degree preferred, graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Maintains a valid RN Louisiana license
- CPR/ACLS certified
- EKG/Telemetry trained
Experience Requirements:
- Cardiac cath lab/cardiology experience preferred or CCU/ICU experience preferred
Special Requirements:
- Oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills
