Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must pass Criminal Investigation Background and DHHR background checks as well as post offer drug screen.
- Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Documents all service activities in a complete accurate and timely manner according to requirements of regulatory bodies and Westbrook policy.
- Maintains daily logs and records.
- Transports clients in an agency vehicle to and from services
- Monitors client safety needs including physical, medical, behavioral and psychiatric.
- Maintains vehicles in a safe operating condition
- Works to ensure a safe environment for staff, consumers and associates by following Westbrook’s safety policies.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations
- Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
