What are the responsibilities and job description for the CES Behavior Health Tech 1 position at Westbrook Health Services, Inc?
Job Duties:
- Provide daily outreach to high risk consumers.
- Seek out consumers in community setting.
- Provide linkage/referral to needed services for high risk consumers.
- Provide transportation to appointments and supports.
- Collaborates with other agencies relating to high risk consumer issues.
- Provides crisis assistance as needed by the consumer.
- Provides direct care and case management assistance with high risk consumers.
- Provide oversight and intervention to consumers that are experiencing a major behavioral health crisis.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet consumer and agency needs.
- Assists with Continuous Quality Assurance and participates in Utilization Management.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations
- Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
Education and/or Experience:
- Must pass Criminal Investigation Background and DHHR background checks as well as post offer drug screen.
- Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
