RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
General Duties:
Manage phone calls for property.
Prepare, send and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages.
Perform data entry and scan documents.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Provide reception coverage when asked.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required!
2 years of hands on administrative support experience working with C-Level Executives
Must be able to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential material.
Requires the ability to work with VIP clients and senior management.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail
