Analyst - Asset-Backed Finance

Our client, a rapidly growing investment bank, is seeking an Analyst in Asset-Backed Finance. This individual will play a key role in driving new business, overseeing critical engagements, and shaping the group’s transaction and valuation processes moving forward. This is a hybrid position in New York, offering a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Job Function

• Perform financial analyses and valuations on complex loans, structured products, and collateralized instruments.
• Conduct industry research to identify market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Facilitate due diligence processes and support transaction closings.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm’s franchise value.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 1- 4 years of experience in structured products.
• Proficiency in financial modeling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in structuring, trading, or whole loan modeling is highly desirable.
