A fast growing Quantitative Hedge Fund is looking to hire a Fund Controller. They have a great team culture and work environment. This role will be 4-5 days a week in person.

- Implement control framework and automation of workflow related to equities trading, T 1 reconciliation, capital activity and NAV maintenance; understand issues and flag improvements to internal teams.
- Understand financing/stock loan arrangements and support effort to quantify, report and optimize financing in an automated manner.
- Onboard new brokers from start-to-finish, and maintain transparent relationships with existing brokers, including their sales/credit teams.
- Maintain complex allocation schedules for both book and tax, and onboard allocation system to better handle multi-tier allocations, retention and reporting/analytics.
- Oversee annual audit, FATCA, and tax compliance engagements.
- Lead finance team in onboarding additional global futures/equities markets and implementing a multi-broker equities trading infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with legal entity governing documents, broker agreements, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- A Bachelors degree in accounting from a mid-to-upper-tier university
- 5-11 years of relevant experience, with a track record of increased responsibility, accountability and contribution.
- Portfolio/fund accounting experience from a systematic firm trading listed products; experience with middle office, treasury/financing, tax, and complex allocations/rebalancing, or any combination thereof, highly preferred.
