JOB DESCRIPTION:
Remove and inspect all finished product rolls in order to remove non-conforming parts and make the product usable per the customer’s specifications. Print Quality one jobs. Perform all duties and functional responsibilities.
A. DUTIES AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately interpret the job ticket
- Review the conformance card and label standards in order to determine which parts are acceptable
- Maintain roll count log while rewinding rolls if taken by packager for packaging
- Complete all required paperwork
- Process special rewind requirements for sensitive products as designated by quality
- Comply with all pertinent departmental and company policies, procedures and instructions
- Perform any other duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Salary : $32,100 - $40,600
