What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing & Coding Specialist position at Willis Knighton Health?
We are seeking an experienced medical practice biller (certified or non-certified). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in collections, insurance claim troubleshooting, posting patient payments, sending collection letters, mailing returns and keeping the A/R at an acceptable percentage. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the biller will work closely with our Physician Network clinics as an integral part of the team. Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, and ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding is a must. Departmental training will be provided upon successful completion of the hiring process.
