What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at Willis Knighton Health?
Under the supervision of the PS Call Center Director, and according to specified procedures, the coordinator operates a console telephone switchboard, works within the Meditech software system in order to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls, schedules appointments for Special Events, clinics and other duties as assigned.
Provides work direction, education, and operational problem solving within the PS Call Center on a day-to-day basis in coordination with the PS Call Center Director. Works with Director to identify and initiate improvements in workflow or other matters to facilitate smooth daily operations.
