As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall product strategy for our Hermetics division. You will use your business leadership and capacity plans to meet sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of our Hermetics products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; advanced degree (MBA) preferable
- Experience with Product & P&L Management, preferable
- Product management/sales experience
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products
- Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication

- Track progress to the business plan and facilitate the resolution of gaps
- Establish and develop close relationships with key customers and focus distributors to drive growth
- Develop strategies to meet/exceed market and customer needs
- Deliver sustained profitable growth
How will you Collaborate?
You will serve as the bridge between the different business units across Winchester, including engineering, sales, and marketing. You will partner with the Regional Sales team to gather valuable insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.
