Special Education Paraprofessional2025- 2026 School YearGreen Street School is seeking a paraeducator to join their dynamic and inclusive team of educators. This position includes working with the special education department and students receiving specialized services.
The candidate would be working with students in general education settings as well as pull out services with small groups of students. Grade levels would vary depending on needs of the students. There is a focus on literacy and math skills support, which is planned by special education teachers. Regular consultation and collaboration with special education teachers is included in order to provide lesson plans and ensure IEP goals are being targeted.
Wage grade 3, Pay range: $17.31-$23.71 based on experience, 191 days per year, 6.5 hours per day.QUALIFICATIONS: Two to three years relevant experience is preferred.Ability to work independently with individuals and groups.
