We are looking for a reliable, energetic, organized, friendly, and creative Office Administrator Assistant. They will undertake administrative tasks, to ensure that the Owner and Director of Operations have adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include organizing paperwork, tracking invoices and bills, assisting Operations Manager with projects, and creating efficient processes. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Hospitality or marketing background is a plus.
** This position requires driving to multiple restaurant locations. Will be compensated. Monday mornings are required. **

Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- File paperwork, create and uphold efficient organization processes
- Reconcile credit card statements for multiple locations and LLC's
- Track and record all bills and invoices for multiple locations and LLC's to ensure that all restaurants and properties are running efficiently
- Work in the back end of the company Point of Sale system
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Willingness to jump in and take on projects and fill gaps where needed
- Developing systems and templates in excel to build reporting processes
- Assisting in shooting social media content, designing flyers/menus (training available)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and complete tasks as needed
- Assist Operations manager and Owner whenever necessary
Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Must be organized!!!
- Must have drivers license and own transportation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and very basic accounting principles
- Feel confident with computer work with little guidance
- Good knowledge of MS Office required
