Responsibilities
- Log and deposit settlement checks into trust accounts
- Maintain trust ledgers and reconciliations
- Issue trust checks only after documented attorney approval
- Hold and release checks per firm policy
- Maintain lien reserves until finalized
- Upload and document all trust activity in CASEpeer or other practice management system
- Enforce trust rules without exception
Required
- College degree required (Accounting or Business)
- Experience handling financial or custodial funds
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- High ethical standards
