bjectives of this Role: S
- upport the talent acquisition team in sourcing for candidates for all Operations and the Global Support Center. S
- upport the Talent Acquisition Admin as needed. A
- ssist the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. M
- aintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. C
- oordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related events. I
- dentify and engage potential candidates through various channels. B
- uild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. C
- ollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. R
esponsibilities: I
- nterview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information. D
- atabase Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Update and maintain job description database. C
- ommunication: Handle correspondence with candidates, including sending out interview invitations and follow-up emails. D
- ocument Preparation: Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment documents. E
- vent Planning: Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition or HR activities. R
- eporting: Generate reports or create reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the talent acquisition team. R
equired Skills and Qualifications: H
- igh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in HR or related fields are a plus. P
- roven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or recruitment. E
