What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Wolfe & Wyman LLP?
We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have excellent qualifications in civil liability defense, including transportation, and/or construction defense litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Nevada state bar
- 2-4 years of experience in general civil liability, construction defect, and/or insurance defense
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Potential salary range for 1-3 year attorney is $125,000-$165,000
- Bonus plan based on hours billed
