Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Reports To: Manager of Housekeeping
Position Purpose: Supervise the operations of the housekeeping staff when on duty while promoting a safe environment and quality service, maximum member satisfaction with minimal expenses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assume and take care all the responsibilities Director of house during his absent (direct all housekeeping department projects supervise all housekeeping employees).
Work assignments inform and train new employees about club regulations inspect housekeeping personnel work assignments and requisition supplies.
2. Inspect the housekeeping staff periodically and checks the quantity and quality of their work.
3. supervise the housekeeping employees to attract, retain and motivate them while providing a safe work environment
4. Help to supervise and inspect the daily cleaning of the clubhouse areas and back of the house.
5. Respond to member requests, concerns and problems to ensure member satisfaction.
6. Report and follow up on maintenance issues/problems with Engineering to protect club assets.
7. Provide thorough knowledge of the housekeeping field.
8. Provide knowledge of club policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines.
9. Provide supervision/management skills.
10. Performs any and other duties as required by the Director of housekeeping.
11. Responsible for help to supervise the quality of cleanliness in the golf shop, restrooms, caddie restrooms, tennis pro shop, restrooms, club’s exercise room,
club’s Woodmont camp housing and the snack bar during the summer season.
Education and Work Experience Qualifications:
Requires three years experience in housekeeping in hotel or club. Good communication skills required. Supervisory experience preferred.
