Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director, HR Operations, in gathering and aligning global HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM across international markets, including requirements documentation and system testing.
- Standardize business requirements across countries, balancing local compliance needs with global process alignment.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and support system configurations.
- Conduct data audits and validations to ensure integrity and consistency across systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HCM system implementation, or HR analytics, preferably in a global environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor modules preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation); experience with Oracle reporting tools is a plus.
