Workshop Technician
Total Frac Solutions (TFS) is a surface solutions provider serving the completion segment of the upstream oil and gas sector. We Currently support customers in Permian and DJ basins with value- added, tailored systems of frac stacks, zipper manifolds, nipple up services, trunk lines, and hydraulic power units HPUs). We currently have about 77 employees and are growing.
We are currently looking for a qualified Shop Technician for our Midland facility.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure and functional testing of valves
- Perform tear down and rebuild of valves
- Maintains test equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, gages, hoses, and other related equipment
- Use chart recorders when directed by router
- Use measurements, test equipment and functional gages to determine if product meets all stated requirements
- Verify gage calibration and operates test equipment
- Monitor controls and instruments, records accurate test data, and prepares test reports
- Ensures compliance and maintaining the processes/procedures of the WOM management systems.
- Comply with all environmental, health and safety rules
Requirements:
- High School diploma or a GED equivalent
- 3 years of experience preferred but not required
