Summary:
Based in WWE's Stamford, CT headquarters, the Coordinator will work within the Account Management group in the Global Sales & Partnerships division (“GSP”). This role will report to the Senior Director, Account Management to assist with cross-platform media plan fulfillment for a portfolio of global integrated partnerships. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in flawlessly executing sponsorship campaigns that contribute towards achieving account renewals and long-term revenue growth for high-exposure GSP clients.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in day-to-day client management responsibilities and media plan fulfillment of domestic and international GSP accounts as assigned - including, but not limited to, maintaining organizational tools for tracking partnership deliverables, developing agendas for weekly status calls, communicating and delivering logistics needs for WWE Superstar appearances & cross-platform content productions
- Cultivate solid relationships with decision-makers and key staff internally to facilitate execution of partnership needs across multiple WWE departments including; Live Events, Television & Content Production, WWE Network, Talent Relations and Advanced Media Group, among others
- Active participation in planning and on-site activations at client and / or WWE events & WWE Superstar appearances
- Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data as part of tracking partnership deliverables and budgeted costs to help deliver recommendations for partnership retention & future revenue growth
- Collaborate in conceptualization and sell-in of creative for co-branded WWE and GSP partner content across WWE global media platforms
- Become a knowledgeable go-to source of information internally for data and industry trends in sponsorship categories that are applicable to assigned partnerships (e.g. Gaming, QSR, Automotive)
- Remain current with WWE corporate initiatives, Superstar Talent and content storylines, in addition to overall sports, entertainment and media industry trends
Qualifications :
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a corporate environment , preferably at one of the following:
- Sports or entertainment property
- Media / consulting / activation agency
- Brand with a history of partnerships in the sports and / or entertainment industry
- Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of being responsible and trustworthy in managing confidential information in a large corporation or property
- Capacity to operate efficiently within a fast-paced work environment and corporate culture
- Willing to remain accessible and available to GSP staff and executives after hours and during key WWE live events
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple short-term and long -term priorities for designated projects
- A clear passion for the sports & entertainment sponsorship field
