How You Will Make 10x Impact
- Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, handle expense reports)
- Coordinate within X, across Alphabet, and with external partners
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with an ability to think strategically and prioritize often competing tasks with quick turnaround
- Build efficiency into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with your leads and the teams they manage, as well as within the admin community
- Plan, manage and execute internal and external events
- Support team projects and drive team culture, connection, and fun in our work.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of direct executive support in a fast paced corporate environment
- Proven capability to learn quickly, multitask and remain calm and flexible in challenging environments
- Strong attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity and autonomous execution and escalation
- High standard of confidentiality and discretion
- Demonstrated skill in quickly building trust and collaborating across teams
- Ability to work in person at our Mountain View office 4 days per week
- Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practice, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
- Experience with event planning and execution for external partners
- Previous experience in investor relations, investor engagement, venture capital, or private equity portfolios
